Curves “I enjoyed my time employed at curves in Hamilton,NY last summer, but could not get the fall hours I \nwas looking for, so I had to leave \nbecause my son was having trouble \nwith getting up at opening hours \nafter school started. \n If you ever need someone to just \ncome in and clean let me know, or \nif I could get 32 hours a week in \nthat would be good too. \n \n ”

Curves “I joined on a monthly basis attempting to help my mom get healthier by going to the gym with her. I explained I was already a member at NYSC and just wanted to get my mom started. During a yoga class with the lights off, my mom and I signed contracts. 3 months after joining, I moved to Westchester and tried to cancel my membership. I was told I had to pay a free of $100 for every month I had been going. I explained the situation, that when I joined I was under the impression I signed up for a monthly membership, and the woman told me that I should’ve read the contract. I was disgusted! I called curves corporate and was told it is a corporate policy to charge a cancellation fee of $100 TOTAL! Corporate instructed MV curves to contact me twice, but I never got a call. This is not about money, it is about principal- about signing me up for something in the dark and then telling me I should have read the contract- about not calling me back and acting like I was just a revenue stream. ”
